The server and client interface uses the existing protocol and also Soap-based Web Service to allow for flexible data interface with other systems and processes. A single View is provided through customer information segmentation, and each detailed information is processed as separate menu or popup screen to accept a variety of demands for customer information. Customers are managed with the CIF system and through providing various views per factor, customer behavior information is provided. With this information, event trigger type sales-tips are provided at real time and individual customer information and also information regarding the generation group that the customer belongs to. Internally, various sales information is provided through maintaining customer information consistency and the classification of customer information using a variety of parsers.

By selecting managers per customer efficient customer management is possible and if ran together with profit and performance management of SEM, various ROI information is provided for future sales direction and strategy. CM is a campaign management package product that manages the general series of processes of selecting customer group, campaigning planning and target confirmation, test campaign, campaign execution and campaign results analysis. This product is comprised of campaign, customer group, product and service management, and QBE. As a classification by group according to customer information, the customer group uses QBE (Query Based Expression), a simple SQL creator for users without prior SQL knowledge and OLAP tools and other processes used in the customer’s company can be adapted.

The campaign is based on customer group, and the series of processes are provided as a familiar GUI (Graphic User Interface) for easy drag-and-drop of icons for task execution. The internal authorization function supports planning, ROI simulation, authorization, campaign execution and test campaign for verifying campaign adequacy. When used in correlation with Will-Be Solution, Inc.’s SFA, Sales tips are provided per event to support 1:1 marketing by channels, and provides campaign progress monitoring. Closed Loop Marketing is supported, and customer behavior analysis as well as LTV analysis and other powerful analyzing functions are provided and Multi Channel / Stage and Will-Be Solution, Inc.’s Sequential Promotion Marketing is supported.
